The landing assault craft is assigned for fast landing, transport of personnel with individual equipment and armament, transport of vehicles and other equipment the weight of which is up to 15 tons. The mobile fore ramp enables fast embarkation and debarkation of personnel and vehicles. The hull and superstructure are made of GRP, permanently painted with color pigmentation.
- Two single barrel AA gun 20/1 mm M71
- Two diesel engine 1000 kW , each
- Two water jet propulsors
- Basic electric power is derived from two alternators 24V AC suspended on propulsion engines. A group of storage batteries 12V, 180 Ah is also provided.
- The external communication system consists of VHF and UHF transceivers. Internal communication is provided with sound-powered telephones which insure duplex communication. The navigational system includes: radar, magnetic compass and other standard equipment used for this type of boat.
- At the speed of 22 knots, the cruising range is 320 nm.
